Virtual Solutions is contracting agents to provide virtual call center telephone support services for some of the nations best known brands and Fortune 500 Companies right from home. Resembling traditional call center agents, Virtual Solutions’ agents will handle inbound and outbound service calls as Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, and Chat Specialists.
Note: Agents are required to provide and maintain all home office equipment and services necessary to do the job.
Virtual Solutions prefers candidates to have previous experience with telephone customer service but will accept customer service experience in retail or other non-phone positions. Candidates are also expected to be self-motivated, have good grammar, math and writing skills, have a professional phone presence, and knowledge of word processing systems.
